EG Bear Company, established in 1995, was founded with the mission to create handcrafted products that embody the values of friendship, faith, and love. Located in Tyler County, WV, each toy is proudly inspired by the rich cultural heritage of Appalachia and is made in Friendly, WV.

Our production model is centered around cottage and workshop-based craftsmanship. EG Bear Company was honored with the Home-Based Business of the Year award by the Small Business Administration.

In 2021, the company joined the Lynch Hospitality Group with the aim of fostering a creative and tourism-driven economy that encourages small businesses and artists to contribute to "bottom-up" economic development.
